Gold Star Fuel Control System
Martin Gold Star Fuel Control System links Martin General Stores, Gold Star Service Stations, and a number of independent sites in a network that accepts Martin Gold Star cards. Gold Star cards use magnetic stripe technology to record information at every fueling. This information is invaluable to any business or individual to control expenditures.
Purchase details like date, time, product, quantity, price and site are standard. Additional key information, including vehicle description, driver, odometer, and misc. data, can be prompted at every transaction. When odometer is entered, every vehicle's miles per gallon appear on the statement. Restrictions can be set to limit purchases. All of this information means the person paying the bill has knowledge, and control, that's not found with a standard credit card. This information is available with no fees. And with excellent local service.
Gold Star cards give you summaries of purchases by vehicle, and by product.
Taxes may be deducted for tax-exempt organizations.
Rebates are earned, based on volume purchased.
Because the system is owned and operated by Martin Oil Company, cards are issued quickly, as you specify. Flexibility and service are scarce commodities with large, national systems. Along with quality fuel and convenient locations, that's what Martin Gold Star cards are all about.

Martin General Stores and Gold Star Service Stations also accept Wright Express, Voyager, and Comcheck cards, as well as Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Some diesel fuel (D) locations are Trendar sites, accepting a very wide range of fleet cards.
